Transtar Aqua Scat 2 Waterborne Degreaser

Transtar’s Aqua SCAT 2 Waterborne Degreaser is a specially formulated, waterbased degreaser that can be used on all plastics, metal and pre-painted parts. Its unique mix of alcohol, surfactants and water make it ideal for cleaning and degreasing plastics prior to painting or priming. It also reduces the amount of dust contact by neutralizing static charge. Compliant across North America.

• OEM E-Coat Note: Due to the diverse nature of plastics, always test plastic substrate for acceptable adhesion. Adhesion promoter maybe required for proper adhesion. Note: Test pre‐primed panels with acetone or paint thinner. If coating fails, strip panel to bare plastic & follow SOP 251 for Raw Plastic.
